The AC Biltmore was very clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I arrived a few hours before check in and was able to get a room right away, in which I really appreciated! The King room with balcony was very clean and spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Thanks for a great weekend stay

The breakfast was very good and our room was clean an comfortable. We really didn't care for the dining options at the hotel for dinner but did eat there. The one night we ate at the restaurant, we let the waitress know we were interested in ordering. Instead of coming to our table to take our order, she yelled over to us from the bar area, asking what we'd like to order. We weren't impressed with this but were pleased with everything else.
