「My stay at the Kimpton Arras was amazing! I travel with my cat and this was our 4th time at this particular Kimpton - upon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a suite! It was so comfortable and I love the view of downtown Asheville from the extra large bathroom! The bed is soooo soft - I must find out where the mattress and sheets are from! I especially love the hotel lobby at nighttime because that’s when it gets really active, starting with wine hour. I could also freely let my cat walk...

「We checked in after 10pm - we were basically there to sleep and eat. They overbooked our room type, and the 6 of us were forced into a room for 4. I called the hotel after the trip and they offered us some compensation for the inconvenience. The ground floor is a parking garage - you have to take an elevator to the second floor to reach the lobby.
