「Clean room, helpful staff and great location!」

「This boutique property was amazing. Erica was great and very accommodating during check in. The complimentary bottle of wine in our room and the complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby were a special addition」

「It's new, clean, it's convinient, the service is nice and good, I love my room on 12th floor can see the montain view and sunset!」

「Charming little cottage on quiet street. Very convenient to the Biltmore Estate. More breakfast choices would have been nice.」

「good」

「Nice, dog friendly hotel in downtown Asheville. Professional staff, great location and convenient parking. The room was a bit cold but spacious and clean. Beds were okay, pillows too thick and lumpy. The only real negative was street noise: music from across the street, police sirens etc. We were on the 8th floor and the noise was really disturbing. We stayed in other hotels downtown Asheville and the noise has never been such an issue.」

「Professional and helpful staff, convenient to all areas of Asheville, safe, easy parking」

「The was clean and looking. Parking was fine. The morning breakfast was OK as expected. The property is close to I240 highway but didn't hear the traffic much from are room. Because of construction, the entrance might be hard to fine.」

「What an excellent hotel The Moxy is! The location is absolutely perfect, the attached parking garage is so helpful and made visiting new areas of Asheville super easy. Staff was incredible, room was incredibly clean and comfortable. I will be choosing The Moxy every time I am in Asheville!」
