「The front desk Teria was amazing checked us in and out I also asked about staying in bungalow and we were able. We love staying at the Plunge this is are 5th time.Love the beach, pool and having a beach bar with food was awesome. We stay here alway now during football season. 「I had a great time in this hotel. The facilities were clean, the amenities were great. I loved their pool, the only thing that the water was so hot in the pool for such weather I would have loved it to be refreshing. 「Café da manhã maravilhoso no restaurante ao lado do hotel (Café Americano). Fomos muito bem recebidos e tratados por todos os funcionários do começo ao fim, hospedagem impecável. O único problema são as altas taxas cobradas, 50 dólares de taxa de resorte + 50 dólares por diária de estacionamento. Isso deveria ser urgentemente revisto e retirado ou diminuído.」

「Manager was rude made me wait 2 hours on the sun until room was ready. Rooms are very small and the pool on the roof was nasty complained every day but no one seem listen. I had to clean the pool bugs myself. 」
