"This was in a great location, extremely affordable, and at that time (March 2025) looked like everything within had just been renovated, with the whole place looking new and clean. The only thing some people may not like is that the rooms are quite small and there are no bathrooms in the hotel rooms, just common bathrooms and showers on every floor. Also, watch out for those pipes, I banged my head on one walking out of the bathroom. Other than that, great place to stay, and I'd stay again...

"First time here -- it's set up for people who want a kitchen and perhaps a longer stay, but was also fine for two nights. Not a traditional hotel but more of a loft feel. Great location if you want to be near financial district/seaport area, and it's convenient to subway. "
