"I wasn’t sure what to expect but was delighted upon immediate arrival. Clean bright inviting building. The lady who checked me in was so very nice and helpful. Made sure I had the exact accommodation I needed. Since it was a room for a dog I was not sure how clean it would be. But again I was delighted. This is not a new motel but they have gone out of their way to make sure you have the cleanest and most inviting room you could want. Bathroom clean too. Towels fine. Beds lovely and again clean. We did need the extra lock and the top lock to be made workable and safe. We put furniture against door for safety. I forgot to report that to front desk. It was room 114. Thank you for a very nice stay on our trip "

"Jay checked us in quickly, a few minutes before the check-in time of 3:00 EST on April 25th. He was very nice and shared some suggestions for food in the area. This property is right off the interstate and is close to many places to eat and shop. We were on the 3rd floor, room 309. The king bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, and we had everything we needed for one night. We had traveled to Knoxville to attend a concert downtown, which was approximately 13 miles away. Thankfully, I had been to Knoxville within the last two years and knew that traffic was a nightmare going into downtown. We left our room at 5:15 and arrived at the parking garage in 45 minutes, just in case some might need a point of reference.  The next morning, after sleeping very comfortably, we went downstairs and had coffee, juice, hot waffles, and sausage. There were also yogurt, eggs, cereal, toast, muffins, oatmeal, etc. Kathryn kept the area spotless and replenished it often. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Knoxville area. Downtown, a room goes for $200 a night, and I doubt it would have provided better amenities or a great night's sleep. "

"We needed a place to stay on a long distance trip and came across this hotel. I was surprised at the comfort and cleanness of this hotel. The front desk was very friendly and knew we were tired. We got up to our room in record time. The bad was comfortable and the room was nice. Nice fridge/Tub/Coffee Maker. The breakfast in the morning was great. Waffles/Eggs/Sausage and Biscuits and gravy were the hot food! I would definitely say here again. "
