「This is more of a big motel 6 than any Vegas style casino. It is not worth the stay. It's old and it shows.」

「It was very noisy during my stay—it sounded like there was construction going on. The receptionist at check-in was quite inattentive and nearly charged me again by mistake.」

「Love the hotel and staff. Food service and bar service was good , but food and drink quality was ok but not great. Had one of the worst Bloody Marys and a poorly prepared avocado toast and egg at breakfast. Just thought you guys could do better. Missed having coffee maker in room. Very comfortable and attractive room, common areas like lobby and bars was great as well. Anyway, will be back. A good bordering on very good stay. Cheers」

「Amazing hotel. Exceptionally clean and well cared for. Hats off to an amazing housekeeping team. They deserve a raise and I say this because I am such a clean freak and travel quite often. Hands down one of the best places I have ever stayed. Francisco the valet is beyond phenomenal. He is warm, friendly and you can tell he loves his job because he goes out of his way to make the customers feel welcome and cared for. 「It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. 」

「The hosts were great. We arrived in the city early and they allowed us to keep our luggage there during the day until check-in. The host had brought our bags up to the room. When we checked in, we were given a very welcoming tour of the house and orientation. The house is very centrally located close to shopping, Union Station, restaurants, and the streetcar. 「The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. The rooms were decent. The only complaint is the shower drain in our bathroom was not cleared of hair. You wouldn’t see it initially because it is under a filter type screen. However, the shower started filling up and it was only when we pulled up the screen that we were able to see the drain was blocked with hair. Other than that it was a great stay.」
