「The hotel was very nice. We were there for World Cup soccer. Disappointed the hotel didnt have any soccer themed decor anywhere. Didn't feel like the energy the rest of city had. Only 1 pack of coffee for room reserved for 2 people. Shampoo was empty. We called for more of each, never got it. Room was very clean and location ideal.」

「No microwave was astonishing. No ice machine on the floor was also a problem (waited 20 mins for ice from reception). Bed is definitely outdated and uncomfortable. Disappointing that nothing was complimentary (I guess the ice and soap were). The bathroom and shower were great. Soaps were great. We loved the silence. The staffs energy and optimism could improve as well.」
