"The room was very nice and clean. It had a very good smell to it not sure what they use but it made it very inviting! The only thing I could say about the property is the gym facility could use an overhaul! The curtain in front of the window is falling down, a plastic clear box mounted to the wall half falling off, no sanitizer wipes in there to clean the equipment. The restaurant bar area very nice in the pool area as well as the main lobby area. overall the next time we are in the area I’d stay there again!"

"If you want the real Hollywood scene, look no further. The Hollywood Roosevelt brings the old-world charm and classic LA energy that you want from a legendary neighborhood. Plus, you’re right on Hollywood Boulevard—an easy walk to the El Capitan, the Chinese Theatre, and all the action. The service here is absolutely first-rate. A huge shout-out to Mo at valet, Rocco handling the bags, and Mark & Benjamin at the front desk, who went completely out of their way to lock in the exact room we wanted in the tower. They genuinely care about making sure you're happy. We’ve been loyal guests here for a long time, and it’s our go-to spot every single time we're in town. Do yourself a favor and book a stay here!"

"Excellent stay at Loews Hotel, from the time I arrived the staff was exceptional. Check-in was smooth, the representative was very professional, warm, accommodating, and informative. I can’t say enough about how polite and welcoming the entire staff was. Everyone from the bellmen to housekeeping. The location was great with plenty of shops and places to eat a short walk away. Hollywood Boulevard is only a short block away as well and the mall is connected to the property. The hotel coffee bar offered a lot of goodies, but a little on the pricey side. I ventured out and tried the cheese pizza, unfortunately for me it was edible but not great. My only complaint was that the room had a musty smell. It appeared like the room hadn’t been used in a while not to mention there was no exhaust in the bathroom so showering was interesting. Overall it was an excellent stay, and I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to LA."

"We stayed two nights at the property with family, had two rooms. The stay was a little disappointing, multiple issues, there was foul smell in corridor, breakfast was included, but breakfast wasn’t served until 8:30am, that too very limited quantity, didn’t even have enough glasses for milk/coffee. No fruits, day one there was not even bread until we asked. Just milk and hot water and one serial. had to ask staff repeatedly. Second day we requested early breakfast, since we had to leave early. The night shift staff promised and left note for morning staff, but morning staff completely ignored the request and made us wait till 8:30. Family felt responses were very unfriendly from the staff. There were only two towels provided, we were 3 guest in each room. There was no room cleanup, and bed was not made after we left in the morning on day1. Towels were not replaced. Parking description was misleading, it was mentioned as available, but we had to pay $30 per day. We paid $99 per day thru Expedia, but on the spot price was showing as $40 on Expedia. Parking and pricing is probably a Expedia thing. So low stars for Expedia for this. Very disappointing. Overall we were disappointed with our booking and stay. I wouldn’t recommend."
