"Pros: Good breakfast; clean rooms with what you'd expect in room: fridge, microwave, hairdryer. Pool was clean. Staff were friendly. Shuttle to St. Augustine for $5 per room! Cons: The bed and pillows weren't comfortable. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. It was hard to get a comfortable temperature in the room. We were also on the second floor and had to walk up two flights of stairs to get to our room."

"I had to ask several times for towel replacements and the dirty towels removed. I was waiting to shower until I received my towels. I asked for house keeping and never received it. I don’t recall the woman’s name at the front desk who took it upon herself to get me towels. She went above and beyond her duties to take care of that for me."
