"Room appeared to have been renovated at sometime. Room was clean and smelled clean (A+). Room had a four person couch to sit on A+). No bath tub, but a walk in shower (A+). What I didn’t like: not enough counter space in bathroom for personal items (A-) and bathroom had a backlit mirror, not bright enough for make-up people (A-). Exterior needs to be power washed (B-). All-in-all, we enjoyed staying at Hyatt at Jacksonville Town Center."

"We were in town recently for an overnight stay and this hotel was perfect. It was exceptionally clean! That ALWAYS gets things off to a good start. The young woman at the desk was very friendly during check in and check out. I can’t speak on the amenities because we didn’t use the gym, etc. We didn’t take advantage of the free breakfast either, but it did look better than the average “free breakfast” that I’ve had at other hotels. We come to St Augustine every now and then and will definitely make this a stay again"

"The hotel was generally clean, but I couldn’t give it five stars because of some noticeable wear and tear and a missed areas in the room cleaning. The long bench in the breakfast area had peeling upholstery across the entire seat, the elevator floor had chipped spots, and the carpet in my room had a piece cut out of it, right in front of the bed. There was also a noticeable amount of dirt behind my room door. It looked like it had been swept there and forgotten. I picked it up and went on about my day, but it should have been taken care of before I checked in. The check-in staff, however, was superb! The lady who checked me in was so helpful and kind. Service like hers is the reason I stay at IHG hotels, and I will be back. A little more attention to cleaning and upkeep would make the stay even better."
