Felt very safe when I got back to the property at a late hour and had to be let in the front by staff. This will be my go-to for a Downtown Chattanooga stay from now on. 」

The young woman who checked us in, the 3rd shift guy who said he was weird and even the maid, they were all great! Thanks for making us feel so comfortable.」

「We were in town visiting family and the young man working the front dest allowed us to check in early and was very much appreciated. The hotel is very nice and clean. And location was great! The only problem we had was people making noise at 4am right above our room and we called front desk and they took care of it. Overall very good stay !」
