Toilet seat was broken. Big bug ran out from under the heater when I turned it on. Sheet on the bed had a cigarette burn hole in it. Chair was broken. Outdated and run down.

Do not recommend

Door knob did not work on outside of door. Tub leaked onto floor while showering. Bed uncomfortable. Felt unsafe. Would not ever stay there again or recommend it. Sorry but I travel frequently and one or two things sometimes happen, but this hotel was absolutely awful

The front of the air conditioner was not attached properly. The TV remote had electrical tape holding it together. The floor in the bathroom had paint on it. There was roaches in the room I just did not have enough money to be able to go find another room.

Room, bed linens and floor were clean. The price was right, since I was just looking for a bargain stay for my last minute trip. Shower panels were falling off the walls, shower faucet/shower head assembly was not attached inside the wall; I thought the plumbing pipes were going to pull right out when I turned the shower on. It was a bargain, but the place needs some quality remodeling!

Dirty, Smelly, and cold water

Dirty, smelly, was supposed to be non smoking but smelled like someone smoked a carton before we walked in. Water was luke warm at best, never got hot.

Check in was crazy fast! He had my key before I filled out the info card. The hotel is old and a little dated, but VERY clean and really kinda nice and quaint. Quiet night’s sleep! Will DEFINITELY stay here again!

The owners/staff are really nice and accomodating; when we discovered about 10 or so roaches in our room - they gave us a different room. But overall the property is rundown - not in good shape at all. There was a substance leaking up from the floor in the bathroom - cracks and holes, etc.

Third time stayed here. Best value.all basic things worked. Refrigerator, hot water, microwave, toilt. Beds were clean and comfort. Ac ran all the time, not stopping at desired temperature. Will stay again

Best values with xcellentt customer service 👍

Best value as its name. All basic things worked for us hot water, toilet, heater, fridge.. We got a non smoking but the people stayed before us smoked that made it smelled pretty bad. However the manager Mr. Patel immediately gave us a new room. The train noise waked me up 2 times but I had been aware before booking. Was able to get back to sleep. Will stay again next time

Dayton hotel

Motel located in good place and priced very well. Close to everything. Front desk employees very nice. Love the remold of room. Finally no carpet! They just need to wash the shower curtain. Very moldy smelling. They also need to add a rug at the door as you come in to wipe off your feet. Otherwise, very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay there again.

No one was at the front desk to check me in, and the night bell didn't work. Finally got someone there by calling. My room was not clean and had roaches. The hotel is close enough to railroad tracks that I was awoken by a train several times.
