"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"The hotel has been nicely updated, considering it’s an old building. The room was comfortable considering London sizes. Cedric at the front desk was specially friendly and helpful. We went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. It’s less than 10 min walk to the underground station with service to two main lines, which is great to get to the main points of interest in the city. "

"The hotel was in an excellent area for our visit to The Royal Albert Hall which we walked to. The Natural History Museum at the end of the road was so convenient too. We had a room on the fourth floor but unfortunately the lift was out of order ! Made for a long climb. Water for the shower was hit and miss as a long way to travel in an older building but I would stay there again as the staff were very helpful and would have given us another room. "

"I loved the location. Nice and easy to get to from Earl's Court station. Lots of food around the area. Unique room, although a tad small but we got the room knowing that it would be and didn't actually have any complaints about it's size. I think the only complaint we have is the curtains, just not liking the style of them, but that is nothing to shoot the business down for. Had a lovely stay! Delicious breakfast, too!"
