「We had to ask twice to have the room cleaned with a 4 nights reservation. Why the room cannot been cleaned if you have dogs ?」

「Shabby with a separate unattached wing of the hotel stuck across the parking lot behind the dumpsters and a restaurant/bar with a party music deck 」

「I made an online reservation and their computer could see the reservation, but it was not in their system. We had to pay again for a room and i have not gotten a refund. The desk person reported it to you. Expedia I would like my money refunded please」

「The staff was friendly. That's the only real positive. The room had a bizarre smell, like old cooking oil and damp. It permeated the bedding. The water pressure was an absolute joke. I left a night early.」

「Lovely staff, everyone working hard to update the hotel, do wish the laundry room thats on the third floor had more than one washer n dryer. We went to a local laundryman to get it all done at once. Wish the hotel had a consistent welcoming smell though out. Like when you go home you wanna take it with you. Smells clean, just not like somethin wonderful. 」

「Room was awful. Smelled horrible. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. We were very disappointed. Would not recommend not very clean either. 」

「Enjoyed the privacy of the hotel being off of the main drag which added to the appreciated quiet. Hotel needs a good cleaning, breakfast was real limited.」

「Very spacious, clean, comfortable budget hotel. I just stayed overnight and did not use the full kitchen or full-sized refrigerator. Easy parking. Check-in hours are limited (just 3:00pm to 6:00pm) but there are lock boxes for late check-in. 」

「The overall condition of the room I stayed in was beyond disgusting. Large visible, rusty streak in the bathtub, door to the balcony, didn’t sit right on the hinges (it let air in and you couldn’t actually open it), the AC unit was non-functional because someone had ripped the socket out of the wall (copper and all), and it just didn’t feel clean.」
