The staff as a whole is very helpful with the weakest link being at check-in…they just handed you the keys and didn’t really provide any additional necessary info. 「Checked in at 9 pm was given a room with a ceiling covered in black mold and dirty washroom and broken beds that were not comfortable at all and stained sheets/ duvet. When asked to change rooms they made us wait until 3 am in the lobby. Both head office after calling and the trainee man at the front desk could not do anything more until we got to speak to the manager at 9 am the next morning.
