"Staff very very helpful. Space room was ok too for traveling with children and since is next to Grand station so is easy to arrive everywhere just walking some blocks or taking the Metro. I would love TO Stay there again. "

"I didn’t have the chance to try the bar but breakfast was great. The pastries were excellent. Eggs were a little cold but other than that everything was perfect "

"Room was clean and larger than I expect in NYC, and they upgraded us to two queen beds (instead of one). Grab & Go breakfast was plenty substantial, staff were efficient. The lobby is very busy but the floors are quiet, and being just steps away from Times Sq was so convenient. The free walking tours were an added bonus that we really enjoyed too. I would definitely stay here again."

"The staff were very welcoming and the room was very clean . It was our second time at the hotel. "

"The hotel was ok. Elevators took a really long time. Early check in was verbally confirmed but at arrival, it wasn’t and we had to wait 3hours but at least the bar lobby waiting area was comfortable. We called housekeeping for extra pillows (4) and they kept delivering 1, for 2 nights in a row. Lots of miscommunications from calling housekeeping to the actual order that was sent. Location was great and convenient. Overall ok stay."
