「This property has a lot of wear and tear. The sheets and towels are old but clean the walls are scuffed in need of a new paint job. But the floors are clean , carpet is worn. The staff is very helpful but the kitchen lady is very rude. Would not let anyone make their own waffle. But still not cleaning the rest of the area. She should be spending her time cleaning the area in stead of trying to cook everyone’s waffle」

「My family and I had a great experience staying here. The room was clean, GREAT water pressure in the shower and the bed was comfortable. Staff was extremely nice, shout out to Nora at the front desk. Breakfast was the same everyday but it was fresh and tasted good. Although our room was city view we still saw the beach while enjoying the balcony. Again, great experience and would definitely stay here again.」

「I got single room. The size of the room was 9 feet by 8 feet (approximately) the bed had mattress that was so worn down that I got backache. The toilet was so low that it was nearly impossible to get up. The room was so disappointing that it ruined my travels」

「Oceanfront room was fine, some areas outdated. Common hall areas dirty, same crumbs and garbage sitting in areas all 3 days we were there. Pool and hottub was drained so closed for 24 hours, so unable to use. Pool area is very humid and smells like chemicals and mildew, makes it hard to breathe and want to use. Bathroom in pool area filthy. Garbage on lawn/grounds in common outdoor areas that also never got picked up. We had free breakfast with our room which was nice but it took over an hour...

「Very nice stay (2 adults, 1 four yo). Room with full kitchen (and fridge!) was great, clean and spacious even with the usual beach gear. Complimentary breakfast was generous and decent quality. My son loved the indoor pool, although it is pretty small the views are fantastic for the adults. The outdoor pool and bar area was fun and had a good amount of space (didn't try a drink though).
