「The location is great, near the subway with easy access to everywhere and also a wide variety of restaurants nearby. The room was tidy and comfortable. The staff were very responsive to all of my requests. A few issues were that the blanket was quite thin. Despite asking for another blanket, I still felt cold at night during my stay. Also, the check-in instructions weren't very clear, so I got confused while finding my access code and room information. But eventually, I figured it out...

「This was our second time staying at Concorde and we love it. Very convenient to get to Grand Central Station to take the train to the U.S. Open (about a 10 or 15 min walk). Bed and pillows are so comfortable. Room is huge for NYC. Location is perfect, felt very safe walking around at night. Love that there’s a restaurant. Would definitely stay again!」

「It’s a good choice for short-term travel! The room is not big, but very new and clean! There are also breakfast coupons every day, which I didn't expect. It's very close to Midtown. To be honest, there were too many people staying in Midtown for a few days. The distance here is just right and it's very convenient to go to various attractions! The hotel staff are also very nice! Thanks!」

「Wonderful location and great boutique hotel! Walking distance from grand central, Bryant park and 10-15min walk to other attractions (MoMA etc). Rooms are super clean - no view from the windows but not an issue given the views are just an elevator away!」
