"Staff upon check in and check out very friendly as well as staff. Breakfast had nice selection of waffles, cereals, bagels/danish, hot items actually “hot”( eggs,sausage) & coffee was very good!"

"The staff was amazing. The woman who checked us in was fantastic. I told her I needed a good tub and she ended upgrading us to the presidential suite!! It had a jacuzzi in the room, a living area, a ridiculously comfy king size bed and a lovely bathroom. Was definitely surprised for a best western. Great great job. "

"Came to visit my daughter at Hofstra and took her into the city. Stayed here because there was a reasonable price and had two queen beds instead of doubles or one king. This place is phenomenal! Friendly staff and very clean. Fitness room is decent and the hot tub was very nice. Could’ve been a little warmer, but I went in first in the morning and then it was heating up as I was in it. Pool is definitely chilly. I’ll definitely be back next time we come to visit my daughter."
