「This is a nice place but our check-in experience at the start of the holiday was awful. We were told our rooms weren’t ready but they would contact us at 3 to give us access to 1 room. By 5 we had no call so went to reception. We got room keys so they had clearly forgotten and we even had to take our weighty luggage to the rooms. Then the keys didn’t work so we had to go back to reception.」

「Lidner hotel has got its charm back. The staff are amazing. Breakfast has a wide choice of everything and cater for both children and adults. The dinner and pool restaurants has good quality food but unfortunately it was a bit hot by the pool restaurant. A few more parasols would help here. The Lindner is not overlooking the sea but it’s a truly great location as u easily get into Palma without getting ruined. The absolute treat was to get a voucher by the hotel that paid for your taxi ride...

「We had a wonderful three night stay with two children visiting from the US. The rooftop pool had gorgeous mountain views and we were always able to find sun-beds with shade. Enjoyed drinking Soller Spritz by pool while the kids swam. The morning breakfast was delicious with lots of options and you can order hot food. 「It was very overpriced for a tiny hotel and very plain hotel room with a bath/shower that was old and discolored yellow. Needs a serious upgrade especially for the price.」

「Hotel was very centrally located and had a lovely view from the roof top pool and bar - some of the staff were friendly and helpful but some not so much - room had everything we needed but was a bit short on storage - a shame as there was room for more - eg bedside drawers rather than just a shelf - shower & bathroom excellent - plenty of sun loungers round the pool but would have appreciated a few more parasols - overall I liked this hotel and would recommend and return」
