「The property is well kept, clean, and very pretty. We did not go to the pool, so can't speak to that, but the room, although small, was nice and quiet. We used public paid parking about a block away (no hotel parking) and had no issues. Walking distance to all the sites and the stadium. Will definitely stay with them again!」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「Such a pleasant and affordable stay. The beds aren't the most comfortable and they make noise but the updated bathrooms with spacious shower, complimentary water bottles every day, and friendly staff totally made up for it. We will be back! 」
