「I will never stay there again. My room had a Jacuzzi-style tub with high sides. When I stepped over the edge, my foot slipped out from under me because there were no anti-slip materials in the tub. Had I not been holding onto the faucet, I would have gone down hard. The room didn't have a bath mat for the floor, so I was equally fearful when I stepped out of the tub, figuring that my tub foot might slip out from under me. 「I arrived after 3 and my room was not ready, not a big deal so they can make sure it’s clean. It wasn’t. There was a penny and all kinds of debris around the toilet, brown smears on the wall near the toilet paper, parts of the wall and shower were coming off onto the floor. They advertised they had a gym, which was why I booked it, and it’s completely gone. I have kindly requested a refund and have not heard anything back. 」

「Parking was easy. Building and carpet were old. Bedding was good. Right across from a truck stop. Trucks were loud all night and we had a white noise machine. Room definitely not close to soundproof.」

「Parking was very tight because there was a lot of workers and trucks and we also had an F150. The trucks aren't the problem as much as the parking lot is a bit small. But everyone is mindful of everyones vehicles and respects the property and the owner is very accommodating and considerate. 」

「I've stayed a few times already. Only hotel in Butler and rooms are clean and spacious and price very reasonable. Its close to Wal m art and restaurants. Butler kind of a boring area i go on weekends periodically for band practice. If in Butler or traveling its a great budget friendly place to stay.」
