Carpet was torn and stained. Bathroom floor was bubbled and coming up, No lamps in the room, the furniture was damaged and the paint was coming off the walls.

The room was poor standard, windows not closing (leading to massive rain into the room during a storm), desk chair with seat sagging through (replaced nicely the staff with another chair with a sagging base), about half outlets not working. The bedding was surprisingly nice (although the blanket was not as big as the bed!). The pool was fine, the "jacuzzi" has been cemented over. There is no maid service for a multi-night stay, FYI. Breakfast was basic but varied and good for the price point of the hotel. The property is clearly dilapidated and poorly maintained--other hotels/motels in the area at the same price point would be a better choice.

I got there at 3 pm and was told that the room was not ready, and I had to wait 45 minutes for the room to be made ready. There was trash stuck under the sink.

I arrived after 3 and my room was not ready, not a big deal so they can make sure it’s clean. It wasn’t. There was a penny and all kinds of debris around the toilet, brown smears on the wall near the toilet paper, parts of the wall and shower were coming off onto the floor. They advertised they had a gym, which was why I booked it, and it’s completely gone. I have kindly requested a refund and have not heard anything back.

The only thing I liked about the place was the location and that they had a decent pool that you could swim and also sit around and have a conversation.
Sticky finger prints on the TV cabinet.
The second bed looked like it was halfway made

Mirror looked like it had splatters on it. Plus the room stunk like musty dirty water.

General condition of the property was just adequate, including the room. Desk staff was seemingly distracted. Bed in the room was large and comfortable. Heat/air was difficult to get to the right temperature.

Upon walking into the hotel it looked clean. There were no chairs to sit at the desk. Not everyone wants to sit on the bed to watch television. There were no water bottles which are normally complementary. Only one bag of coffee for 2 adults. The bathroom lights didn’t work. There were boogers on the back of the door and the wall in the bathroom, and there was crap underneath the toilet lid. And also the bathroom door was filthy. And why they need those toilets that are only a foot off the ground is stupid. And no luggage rack.

My daughter and I checked in at the front desk and went to our room but the moment we walked in, I realize this was not a room I was willing to stay in for the night. I’m not sure if it’s going to allow me to include pictures, but if I can, I will be including them.

The room reaked of cigarette smoke and the sink was clogged with nasty water standing in it. Along with the nasty smell and water, the TV didn't work. The lobby area appeared to be really nice.
