The only thing I liked about the place was the location and that they had a decent pool that you could swim and also sit around and have a conversation.
Sticky finger prints on the TV cabinet.
The second bed looked like it was halfway made
Bed had stains on it
Mirror looked like it had splatters on it. Plus the room stunk like musty dirty water.

Our room wasnt the cleanest. Wall next to bed was filthy, the carpet felt damp when going barefoot. The room also had an unpleasant smell. The bathtub was in need of repair and the hot water took several minutes to happen at the faucet. The pool was closed. The staff was very kind and polite. Parking was nice.

Staff was good to deal with. Continental breakfast was the worst of all Hotels I have stayed with. Shower was luke warm at best, low water flow and at one point started vibrating so bad that the water temp valve fell apart,

Outstanding

It was really easy to check in and check out. The room was very clean and they had the air set to 71 deg. Which was a very comfortable temp for me. They had ton of channels on tv. I would return back.

It took 4 different tv remotes to get the tv to work. The shower made horrible loud sound. The rubber around the outside of the shower was loose and peeled back. The breakfast options was terrible. Police coming inside the lobby at night with their lights on & looking at the monitor, holding a small child, was worry some. We were easily moved to another room when we had issues with the first room. We were checked in and out with ease.

The beds were comfortable and the showers had hot water. My only complaint is that I had to ask for maid service. I stayed for about two weeks and I don’t think I would have gotten clean towels and more toilet paper if I hadn’t asked.

Location was good and I felt safe with my kids. Furniture was very worn out. Floor was buckled in our room. Breakfast was not worth it. (I picked this hotel partly for the breakfast and budget) At $151 for one night, I feel we could have paid a few dollars more and stayed somewhere else that at least offered a bigger breakfast.

The staff was polite and helpful, main lobby and general surrounding area was clean, but the Room was a different situation, toilet seat was not screwed, it was just laying on top of the toilet. No Iron in the room, had to request it form main desk. very motel6ish.

Blah - But Cheap

Let's start with saying 'The Price is Right'. It's a cheap hotel. I travel quite a bit and this is one of the low budget hotels that I have stayed at. Rooms are very small, bathrooms are even smaller, shower is small and very slippery. There were holes in the walls that weren't patched, carpets dirty, toilet seat loose, exterior doors with signs that said they were broken, jacuzzi not working with a piece of plywood covering it, bed was terribly uncomfortable, pillows were cheap and pillow cases dirty, no bedside lamps, intrusive ceiling lighting - really the list could go on. However, the price was cheap so I guess what should you expect. The front desk staff was reasonable friendly except for the guy who was mad at me for telling him there was a fire in their outdoor ashtray. I would probably not stay here again simply because of the bed and pillow cases. If you're looking for a cheap place however, this is an option.
