"I couldn’t find the door to this “hotel” which was poorly lit and I did not receive proper instructions. It gave me a very bad feeling being here. The parking was extremely unclear. This is a shared unit. I did not feel safe and did not end up staying here at all. I had to go elsewhere for my well being and safety. It took two hours to figure out where I was even supposed to go. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"Property is filthy. Front desk never picked up the phone and TV didn't work. No toilet paper, no towels. Pool was drained and no mini fridge even though it was supposed to be in the room. Both ice machines were not working so yeah not a great experience! I do not recommend,book at your own risk. "

"This wasn't the first time I stayed at this hotel but after this stay it will be the last. The staff was NOT accommodating. My room wasnt cleaned for 3 days even after requesting my room to be cleaned. Check in was a disaster... With one person trying to check in based off a list and skipping people. With this hotel being a cruise stop you would think it would be more organized and sufficient staff to accommodate but no instead you get greeted by a flustered front room attendant who is writing your name on a note pad. I waited 2 hours in the lobby to get a room that was already booked and paid... When they attendent got to my name he skipped it because he didn't find it in the system the funny part I pointed out my name 3 times with him even telling me 'almost' to your name but when he got there he skipped it and it's a good thing I didn't move and I had to tell him he skipped me and he could have asked me my name because the previous attendant wrote my middle and last name instead of my first name. It was a disaster that ruined the start of my vacation "

"This is a good option for a lay over hotel. We were getting in late from a flight and boarding a cruise the next day. The front of house staff was friendly at arrival (11 pm). The cleaning staff was nice and welcoming in the morning. Rooms were clean, but shows some of the age of the hotel. We did not use pool or amenities, so can't provide a review there. There is breakfast in the morning for a cost. Standard breakfast you'd find at most hotels. It was very busy because of Canadian March break, so you have to plan for that timing when booking cabs/shuttles. Friendly staff, clean modest room. Good for quick stay. "

"We stayed at this property for 1 night before a cruise, and other than the Bass Pro Shop and the Islamorada Fish Company restaurant, there was nothing to do within walking distance. The restaurant did have good food. The hotel common areas and room were dated and worn but clean. It is close to the cruiseport, so if you’re looking for just a place to rest your head for the night, this is fine. But it’s just ok otherwise. "
