「The location is excellent - walking distance to cafés, restaurants, historic sites. The room itself was decent, clean, but very dated. Some charm in some of it, some tiredness in some. The bathroom was terrible. The shower was tiny and moldy, the actual room smelled strongly of cleaner/air freshener when we came in, I suspect it was to cover the mold smell. If they re-did the bathroom, it would be a 10/10 and I would recommend it. I have to say, after wandering around Rome, sitting on busses and...

「Clean and well preserved space, located near to the Rome termini station. Getting in/out of the room is not bad considering the age of the building. 「It felt like an apartment I would live in! Great location, great service, comfortable bed. Ursula & David were so welcoming and explained everything about the room and location. They helped organise transport. The only thing I would note is the street noise gets a little loud because if the central location.」

「Everything is wonderful.」

「If you want to feel like a celebrity and stay in a beautiful historic villa in the heart of the city, stay here! Staff could not be more pleasant and helpful, beds are so comfortable, and buffet breakfast was delicious.」
