「Desastroso la atención y la designación de habitaciones, pague por una habitación Suite deluxe y nos asignaron una habitación común, la 1 er noche se activó una alarma en la habitación desde ma 1 AM hasta las 7 AM y nadie nos vino a desactivar la misma realizando 16 llamados a los contactos del hotel, aclaró que el hotel no tenía recepciónista desde las 17 hs hasta las 7 AM del siguiente día, NO PUDIMOS DORMIR EN TODA LA NOCHE!!! El 2do día volvió a activarse la alarma por un problema del aire...

「Ideal location, a short walk to the metro stop and tram. Out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre, felt like being a local. Check in was smooth with great instructions, apartment was pretty clean with lots of useful amenities between the room and the common area. We struggled with the hot water in the shower, it took about 20mins to warm up so ended up with a few cold showers. 「The property was in a great location and neighborhood close to great restaurants. Easy walk across the river to historic center. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The shower was small especially if you are a larger person but otherwise the staff and property were great.」

「I do not recommend this hotel. Very overpriced for what it is. Also I am not sure why the word Luxury is in the name. Nothing luxurious about it. It looks better in photos but it is way more worn out IRL. There was no staff present while we were there and unfortunately I didn’t realize they had such limited hours when I booked but we only needed one night and that was hard to find. The mattress and pillows were the worst I experienced during my 2 weeks in Italy. At least it was quiet at night....

「Very good location. The worker always smile. The room is tiny and no place for luggage. You have to put luggage to under the bed in order to go to bathroom. I have stay there 4 days and two days without towel when I back around 7 PM. They took the used towel and didn’t give me new one. There noway to contact anybody work there. No phone and email. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!」
