「furniture is a bit old but acceptable, have welcome snack and drinks nice breakfast the view is quite nice, can overlook one of the canels in Venice Reasonable price for an overnight experience in Venice Recommended! But the room is a bit small 傢私少許舊但作爲歐洲/威尼斯的酒店是可以理解的 早餐不錯 身處威尼斯本島而且價錢不貴是最大優點 不過房間頗細」

「Room is clean and nice. New decoration. 5 mins walk to coloseo metro. Next to a park which is nice for jogging. 10 mins walk to a 24hours supermarket. I arrived hotel after 6pm and needed to pay 10 euro for late check-in. Hotel is good if you don't need any room service. 」

「The staff is very impolite and unhelpful. Firstly, the cleaning staff tried to break into our room while we are INSIDE the room. During check out time, like the exact minute of 10:00, the lady started to put her key in our door and tried to open it, without any knocking or confirming that we were not in the room. 「Florence - A great place to stay!!!!!!!! the location is extremely convenient, you can reach restaurants, shops and gelato places in 1 min. The room is so pretty, clean and spacious with a huge bed, big toilet, kitchen and living room. Also the staffs are so nice and friendly, they offered help to book restaurant and order flower before we arrived! Love this hotel so much!」
