You will love staying here! If you have any mobility issues this is not a good place for you to stay as there are a lot of stairs you need to take to get to the room. You will love the views from deck, spectacular. Enjoy!!

The view from our room was absolutely spectacular. It is the view that is so often shown in photos you see of Cinque Terre. The hotel itself is in an iconic building directly on the coastline. What made the trip even better was the hospitality shown by the managers Paolo and Michele. I hope to make it back to Riomaggiore some day and would stay here again.

Excellent location in Riomaggiore, highly recommend for Cinque Terre stay! However make sure you can walk/carry suitcase as Riomaggiore is very stair and elevation heavy, and for the view of the room (which is incredible) you will have to go up some stairs!

Beautiful town, everything was perfect. Friendly host, met us and took us where we needed to park and walked us down ro the town & our room. From all reviews I read, we didn’t take out big suitcases down as there are no elevators and it’s hundreds of stairs to get any where you want to go. So put the essentials in a small bag as you’ll have to carry it up and down. All well worth it, beautiful town. Picture perfect. We had a balcony and the views were amazing. Will be returning

We had a wonderful stay. Paolo was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic and the accommodations were very roomy for our group of 4. If I visit this area again, I would absolutely stay here again.

If you want a room with a view, this is a great place. The staff was very helpful, met us at the train station to help guide us to the office to check in. During check in they give you a map and help how you how to get around the area and to the other cities.

Great location down at the marina. Close to the waters edge, we rented a kayak which was very easy to do. Kayak people weren’t very helpful or friendly- bring water shoes if you’re going in the water. The host was very friendly and helpful with info. Room was clean and comfortable and everything was well maintained.

Great location at the water’s edge, great room and yes there are stairs everywhere so no surprise there. We had the top floor with a kitchen and deck which was fabulous for watching the world go by. It was worth the extra stairs. Super welcoming and helpful host. The bathroom was renovated with a good shower. Everything you need for a stay in Riomaggiore. Steps to everything including the beach.

Nice, clean location right near the water in Rio. Was very nice opening the window and seeing the beautiful scenery. Lots of stairs to reach the room. By the photos on booking site, I expected a small balcony but our room did not have one. Parking was a plus (additional fee) but was a bit of a walk (mostly uphill) to reach accommodations which was challenging in the August heat with luggage. They do offer an optional service to transport luggage which we wish we purchased in hindsight. Checkout was in an adjacent building with more stairs to reach office. A/C wasn’t very powerful and we found the property to be warm and muggy, which has been our experience in most of our accommodations in Italy but wanted to note if A/C is important to you.

Perfect position overlooking harbour, very helpful staff, always answered when needed. At 67, we probably didn't take in to account the distance from parking to rooms. Downhill was ok, but took its toll on the return journey. All that considered we had a fabulous time.

My husband and I have the privilege of travelling fairly often and have stayed many different places. This property was by far my favorite place to stay. A lot of listings over promise and under deliver, especially in this price range. This was the complete opposite experience. I had no idea I was booking such a fantastic stay when I chose this. “Sea view” can mean a lot of things, but in our case it literally meant the private rooftop patio of a prime location riomaggiore property. The owner arranged for us to park for a fee, met us when we arrived in town, and swiftly brought us to our lodging. It was clean, the A/C was great, comfortable, and the view was the best. We spent every evening with a bottle of wine on the roof. Can’t recommend it enough.
