「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. 「I didn't know what to expect when booking (got a great deal through expedia) it also came up as a 2star (which personally I never go for) but it looked fine (better than dated / tired alternatives in the area) so thought I'd give it a go and I'm glad I did. 「The hotel is located in a shopping mall and the property is NOT visible from any road. No sign pointing to the hotel either. Very hard to find the hotel. The room is clean and everything worked. No house keeping for the 3 days we stayed. All meals must be pre-purchased. 」

「From booking to checkout, all was good. Staff are helpful, especially lady who looks after breakfast (sorry should have got your name). Older building so floor boards creak but rooms and facilities are great.」

「Nice mid-range hotel with excellent spa (best treatments we’ve had, at very fair price, though no pool). Excellent dinner in restaurant & good breakfast. Our room was on 3rd floor and, being an old building, there’s no lift. Room was ok, though a ‘standard’ double, not a queen / king. There’s no air-con, but a good floor standing fan. Good sized bathroom with large shower. We will certainly return here as the spa & food are so good. 」
