「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. I must say I was not sure what to expect but knew the HUB area of MK so thought it would be OK. It was just great, a speedy and efficient way to self check in, everything was as they had explained in the email. the apartment and the block where clean tidy and looked after.
