「1.地點非常好。 2.好近條街和商場。 3.買東西十方便，想買甚麼也有。 4.行大約15 分鐘可以到達火車站，可乖火車轉地鐵去倫敦行街。 5.酒店外街道清潔。 6.有免費停車場非常好。 7.有後花園好 8.酒店好有特色，地板是木板，所以會有些木板聲。 9.酒店外貌與四圍的環境好配合，使人覺得好舒服。 10.酒店附近也有不同的選擇食品。(例:中國，泰國，日本食物等) 11.服務員好有禮貌 12.早餐也好好味。 13.食早餐的地方，有些櫈太舊，不過大多數都是清潔的。 14.沒有升降機，要自己拿上或下樓比較辛苦。 不知是否可以叫服務員幫手拿的。 15.如有中英對照和圖樣的餐牌更好。」

「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa..
