The welcome at reception was virtually non existent. Our stay started on a low. Some corridor areas were untidy, dirty cloth left on the floor for most of the day. Our room was good, clean and comfortable. The TV tuning was set to the 1970s which meant we couldn't access many channels. Would have liked water and a couple of glasses in the room and more milk pods. The staff in the restaurant were efficient and friendly and food delicious. Breakfast was great.

The room was nice but unfortunately no a/c or fan which was desperately needed in the current condition. We asked for a fan but didn’t get one. The shower is ridiculous boiling hot one minute freezing cold the next & the noise it made was horrendous! Beds ok but not as comfortable as Premier Inn beds. Lovely location if you have a car & the breakfast was good. Would i choose to stay here again, probably not!
