Very poor hotel

The pub and restaurant are nice but the hotel is disgusting. It is dilapidated, dirty and needs complete renovation. Carpets are filthy, woodwork is peeling on doors and edgings and paintwork is tired and dirty. The only consolations were that the bed was reasonably comfortable and the shower is good. Other than that - avoid!

Great place.

Lovely pub/restaurant, very homely, well decorated, tidy, clean. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Bit short staffed but those that worked out in extra effort so the level of service was still good.

This is a good, reasonably priced hotel - always warm and welcoming and good, comfortable beds. It is in need of being refurbished but really you get what you pay for, and for the price it can’t be faulted. The staff are also friendly and helpful.

This Hotel is fine for the process a former Premier Inn. The rooms need updating, especially the bathroom. Though my room had a decent tv and the bed was comfy. The restaurant next door was very good
