「We are happy to stay at a quiet, welcome hotel. Feel comfortable Not just Only the big comfortable bed, perfect location, fresh and yummy food, but also the warm & helpful staffs and the express checkin checkout. Its perfect if provide the conditioner and body lotion at the cold and dry weather. We enjoy the time and will stay again. 」

「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,...

「It was an okay stay. Location was convenient and I liked the idea of pub+hotel - easy for dining and drinking isn't it? However, the hotel rooms honestly need a bit of refurbishing and improvement on cleaniness. Shower faciltiies were a bit old and didn't function quite properly and stains were everywhere to be seen. But other than that price is okay.」
