They even organised a room just off the lounge so that our family could meet up for coffee and the three grandchildren could open their Xmas presents. They sent me videos of both, and the room looked clean and fresh and the breakfast was Full English and eggs Benedict with cups of tea in cute teacups. You drive through a park to get to this hotel.
