「We booked 4 rooms for a group of 8 people. The hotel is a winery inside a castle wall (with no nearby plantation) and the rooms are in well condition, spacious and fully equipped. The dinner were included and had a lot of choices and of good standard. The dinner place is a courtyard and was most enjoyable in the October weather. The captain of the restaurant Christian is most helpful. We have to give a special thank to reception staff Jonas. Our transport to the hotel was an electric rental car...

「Loved the place!!」

「The property was very clean and very nice and the breakfast was really good」

「Mögligt i utepoolen.

「A small and exquisite hotel with royal garden style, the hotel room facilities are full of artistic atmosphere, restaurant decoration and food complement each other. Is an amazing and unforgettable hotel.」

THE MOST HORRIBLE thing was, after we left our negative experience at the hotel feedback system using the rooms tablet, that staff came knocking at the front of our room at 9 pm confronting us with very intimidating and rude language. We tried to request to see a manager or at least other staffs. But our request was responded like NO ONE will help you. So we went for help in the restaurant. The...

「Excellent service and hospitality. The Breakfast Buffet had a lot of variety and the staff is super friendly. Reception and front desk staff are extremely helpful and could provide some excellent recommendation on where to spend your evening in Florence. Highly recommend! 」

「Location was perfect ! Beautiful decorations! However, I was never told you had to go to a hotel around the corner to eat breakfast- or that our hotel room was not in the dining and pool hotel. Apparently- two Hotel Calimala’s. Our first room was unacceptable as I paid upgrade for a room with a view- no view! They finally switched us into a better room. Check out these things before you book your room. Very nice hotel- but expensive for what you get! They charge for bottled water after first...
