"Me and my son stayed at this location alone and we felt unsafe outside in the parking lot. It’s not a bad hotel but the location is not great. I wouldn’t suggest a single mom with her child staying here. It’s also very loud because it’s right next to the highway. Beds are not comfortable either."

"Really nice clean hotel in a safe and quiet location. Good breakfast. There is a walking path that runs along the river right next to the hotel. You can also walk to downtown by crossing the bridge."

"Room was updated to make an older building look remodeled. You could tell the room wasn’t done properly. Room lighting was poor to perhaps hide the flaws. The staff was friendly and efficient. It’s fine for a one night stay."

"Honestly, I was disappointed with our stay. The property could be cleaner. We stayed in a king suite. The furniture was old, the bathroom was a little dingy, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were terrible (were flat after an hour), but the room itself was clean. Our room was right beside the elevator, I will say that we did not hear any noise from the elevator or from occupants in other rooms. As far as breakfast, there was a variety of foods, but the things that were supposed to be hot were cold. I guess I expected more out of a Fairfield Inn. For those of you that a pool is high on your preference, It is still closed. Overall, I would NOT stay here agin. We were in room 312."

"Everything was very clean, updated and nice. Not only friendly but trustworthy & honest - my husband left his necklace in the room and didn’t realize it until we were a few hours away, we called and the housekeeper had found it and turned it in to the front desk! So very thankful for the honesty and integrity of the staff!!"

"I checked into this hotel to spend the night with a minor surgery patient however there was no wheelchair to help me get my patient from the front lobby to the room and nobody would step up and help me. The Bill men were invisible never showed up to either get me in or out front desk. Staff was very helpful, but it seemed like that people around her were just not helpful or concerned at all. "

"My dissatisfaction with the accommodations were not expressed to management until I was checking out on the final day. That is because I did not have time to deal with the issues while I was there.......VACATION. Here is a short list of the problems that I encountered during my stay: cockroaches in the bathroom and bathtub; in-room phone didn't work so I could call the front desk; missing electrical faceplate in bathroom; the three lamp shades in the room were broken and dangling; refrigerator was making noise waking me up at night so I turned it off and then it leaked water over the floor; the TV was not compatible/unable to connect my Amazon Fire Stick; the complimentary breakfast was terrible (molded bread, cold food that should have been hot). This was the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered and am expecting some kind of refund from the property."
