"Sheet had some kind of brown/black stain on the edge of the top sheet. Not knowing if it was a fresh smear or older stain, we removed the top sheet. Carpet had a bump in it that felt like the underlayment scrunched under the carpet. Everything else about the room was fine. "

"Minimal breakfast choices. Staff was helpful but place was a little run down. Was clean though and served its purose. Across from fair grounds and close to good restaurants. "

"The was plenty of space in the room with a big comfy chair. They also supplied Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was a pleasant surprise."

"The property is currently undergoing renovations, and the parking lot definitely needs to be patched and paved. Other than that, it was a nice hotel."

"Parking was easy, the hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. Our housekeepers were very good and kept us supplied with clean towels and a freshly made bed every day. The breakfasts every morning were better than I expected. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"I was here for 9 days so I guess my needs were higher. There was really no counter space to make a coffee or use the microwave. Very little place to put my clothes as far as a dresser or closet. It would have been nice to have a least one hook in the bathroom vs. 4 in the main room area. It took a while for the water in the sink to get all that warm. The breakfast was ok. There just weren't many warm options. The daily fruit options were not a great combo for a yogurt parfait (tons of toppings though). Just so you know they do charge you daily to park there. I wasn't expecting that. The people who worked there were nice enough, they almost always greeted me when I walked in."
