I didn't like the fact that after driving from the west coast 3k mi that there was no hot water available for 36 hrs...I was only given a piece of paper I still have that said water tanks were being replaced the next day and would have NO water. I didn't like the fact that being 3hrs behind mentally. wasn't even informed prior and couldn't get a refund because it needed to be known to cancel 24hrs prior and I made a 2 day stay the night I arrived. I was forced to go buy coffee at a store which took 20 min in traffic. Being 3 hrs behind mentally I asked for an extra half hour to get my stuff out to leave on the third nights stay and was told after 11 I would be charged a full amount of another 1 night stay. I had no remote control for the TV. There was no fridge or microwave which all of the above is in the itinerary of the hotel stay but had no desire to even move after my drive and wasn't going to fight or argue with the front desk knowing it was pointless. I didn't have it in me.I was exhausted. I was allowed while driving cross country an extra hr if needed at every hotel I stayed at, except this one and they weren't busy at all ,which while trying to find another place to stay was parked in front of my room and watched them just make the bed. And clean up one pizza box I left from the night before. I had hot water the morning I was supposed to leave but went to go grab a coffee at a store...and wasn't allowed to take a 10 min shower. desk was nice but no compassion
