「Clean, quiet friendly staff The room we had was lovely. Easy to get to the area had lovely beaches and some beautiful walks. 」

「Only stayed one night, room was clean & shower room was a good size space. Staff we met were very helpful. Did not have an evening meal at the hotel but had breakfast and the restaurant seemed very spacious. The location was great if going into the city as it’s a 2 minute walk.」

「The staff were lovely, they were all so friendly and helpful especially Fay and Callum. The room was nice, had a Mountain View, bathroom had lovely shower, nice fluffy white towels. Everything lovely and clean, plugs by the bed and enough plugs in the room. Window shutters are great. But - there is no on-site parking, it states that there is. Parking is a public road opposite the hotel, free, but it gets very busy. And the restaurant was really noisy when we were there on a weekend. Good food.」

「The location was nice. We had a sea view room. The problem is that the room also faced the road and we could hear cars all night. And, the mattress was the worst I have ever come across in a hotel. It would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. The bathroom had heated floors however, which was very nice. 」

「During our family trip, we stayed at Premier Inns in Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Cardiff, and the one on Queen Street in Cardiff was by far the best! The room was spacious, the breakfast was prepared with great care, and the location was excellent. The only downside was that the partnered parking lot was a bit hard to find and not very close. Still, my kids and I liked this one the most!」

「The room was clean and tidy with tv and tea making facility. Shower was a good standard with decent hot water supply. Staff were extremely helpful and approachable and good size bar and restaurant. The hotel itself is a bit dated but you could see that renovations are taking place to update it. There are a number of attractions nearby notwithstanding the airport and I would very much recommend it for its facilities, location and price.」
