「Be forewarned, it's a random pick if you get a good room or not. Not all rooms are the same as advertised. Stayed longer than a week, changed room once. Paid for an ocean view (and a sanctuary in paradise). First room was near the loading dock and ear jarring noise at 10pm (trash compactor) and from 6am-8am (trucks going forward and backing up). 75% view of the ship harbor, which was pretty but wasn't the ocean. 「Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. 」

「The room itself was nice and adequate. However, the pool was very dirty, common areas in poor condition, WIFI was useless (extremely slow), had dinner plans for 7pm at the restaurant (reservation made by lady at front desk) and later called saying they weren't serving dinner. 」

We returned at check in time and still had to wait an additional 1.5 hrs. for check in. The room itself was fine. The bar on site did not opened until 5:30 pm and the restaurant was less than desirable in atmosphere, quality of food and more. the best thing about this Hotel is that it is walking distance from the Charolotte Amilie Ferry. ...

「I paid for the insurance I boarded the plane had a seizure the United Airlines was very helpful and was safe the property ignored me and wasn't able to communicate with no one and Expedia was unable to get help for me. I will never book here again as much as ai travel my 1st medical emergency and no accommodations were made. 」
