"The rooms were dated. Could use a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean. Location is ideal. It is close to the Alcudia beach and old town. Pool was clean and well kept. Very busy. Receptionists were helpful and quick. Sauna opens at 9 am and need to notify staff to turn on. Was broken when we wanted to use it. "Lovely hotel, and nice amenities Lucia is an absolute super star and was so helpful when my father got sick, and was so caring. I wish the rest of the staff were all like her, only feedback would be the buffet evening food, this needs to get better but everything else made up for that! Car park is helpful and the bike room was secure for my boyfriend Ironman"
