There was dust on the carpet next to the walls You were told you could park in front of the room but usually there weren’t spaces so you had to park a bit away. The rep appeared more confident you could park in front of the room. Cleaning staff and pool staff and attendant were so friendly "

"When we pulled out the sofa bed, it was covered in popcorn and chocolate, indicating it clearly hadn't been cleaned in some time. When we inquired about it, the front desk said that the cleaning staff had gone home already, and therefore nothing could be done. It felt like there was no effort to remedy the situation. "

"The resort is beautiful, well kept grounds. The pool areas are nice. It seems like you need to get to the pool early! Towels are out on chairs by 8:00 am and we could never get a chair at the main pool. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Would stay here again. "
