「This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.」

「We booked the room thinking we were going to be on the resort property but we were a mile down the road at these very outdated condos. The room had dead bugs, dirty bedding, and patio door that was lacking the greasing or maintenance to allow it to open easily. There was no box breakfast and beach club that looks inviting did not have any bar or grill. It rained earlier in the day so they closed it down for the whole afternoon and evening. 「This was the grossest room I’ve ever stayed in. I wasn’t obviously expecting the Ritz, but I was expecting some level of cleanliness. There was dried pee on the toilet seat, hair inside the toilet bowl, the walls had grease marks all over. The room also reeked of cigarettes. Spiders in the corner and the sink faucet was broken.
