「The room was great and so was the staff. I just wish they had a better place for breakfast and lunch.」

「Very nice, room was large, bed was comfy, staff was helpful. Breakfast was a choice of 5 different boxed meals delivered to your door at the time you request. I saw complaints on this prior to our stay. We actually really liked the options and convenience. It was just enough to satisfy us in the privacy of our room and we didn’t have to get up, get dressed and get downstairs at a certain time. I actually wish more hotels would offer this.」

「I liked the ease of check-in and check-out. The room was clean, but the paint on the walls was dingy with stains, and in need of a fresh coat. The furniture is all very old and dated, but perfectly functional. The beds were comfortable enough, but the pillows need an update. There was a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board which was helpful. The bathroom was clean and came with soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but it was a small stand-up shower, not a...

「This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.」

「Guy at front desk was listening to an audio book and it took us quite awhile to get his attention to check in. But once we did he was very nice and apologetic. Everything else was great.」

「After check in we didn’t see a staff member at all, including housekeeping during our two day stay. There are plenty of shops, dining and entertainment options for guests and the rooms are upscale and well appointed. Bathroom was nice. Beautiful view. Very comfortable and nicely laid out.」
