「This property is a hidden gem and you can tell it's a labour of love for the amazing owners. We stayed for 3 nights while driving around Lake Michigan and although one of the longer stays of the trip it wasn't long enough. The owners are wonderful, the couldn't be more helpful. 「I liked the ease of check-in and check-out. The room was clean, but the paint on the walls was dingy with stains, and in need of a fresh coat. The furniture is all very old and dated, but perfectly functional. The beds were comfortable enough, but the pillows need an update. 「This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.」
