「Pleasant surprise to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom. The condo was well designed with large terrace - perfect for the gorgeous view. Kitchen was well appointed with everything needed to cook meals and there was plenty of storage for clothing and personal belongings. Infinity pool was spectacular along with plenty of seating options. Communication at the resort and across the 3 Abama resorts could be improved. We had called the front desk to verify we could have dinner at The Ritz Carlton only to...

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」
