"Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back! Pros: Attentive staff. I was going to check in later than I expected and miscalculated and had to call twice! Both times the rep was understanding and helpful and wished us safe travels. When we arrived, the rep continued to be patient and helpful as our credit cards weren't going through. The whole premises seemed to be maintained, safe, and a popular spot (it was Father's Day weekend). Cons: There was a miscommunication with the price - I misunderstood the difference between the hold fee and the actual room fee. Again, all was sorted out. The Room: standard, clean, and seemed to be reasonable neighbors or at least, walls weren't shared so we didn't hear anyone or vice versa. The curtain for the balcony window was a little short especially considering it's right next to the bathroom. Good work Team Mariposa,"
