"You can’t get a better location than Camp Curry when visiting Yosemite. And the camping experience is fun! Just a few tips… - some of the cabins are heated but on cold nights you still need to dress warm and bring sleeping bags. When we fell asleep our cabin was toasty so we put the sleeping bags back in the car at that was a mistake. - the line for Peets is long, but they have drip coffee at the food court area too. Don’t plan on getting a latte… you’ll be waiting a while. - You can now order ahead for the pizza bar, though we ended up having dinner in Mariposa before heading into the park. - A white noise machine is a must. There are a lot of inconsiderate people who do not follow quiet hours rules. Also, if your cabin is close to a restroom you’ll have more noise issues so definitely bring the white noise machine. - if you have a collapsible wagon, I highly recommend bringing one so you’re not taking multiple trips from your car to your cabin. The parking isn’t super far, but if you’re bringing stuff for yourself and kids, making multiple trips is annoying. - bring folding camping chairs if you want to have snacks at your cabin, we ate right outside because food is not allowed in cabins due to wildlife (bears, rodents)"
