「The light bulbs were out in the room and the bathroom, no one at the front to talk to about this. Vanity light would only go on with the fan switch. A/C window model was very loud and had to turn it off to sleep which was uncomfortable in the extreme heat. This is basically an old house that has rooms that are not updated, the kitchen has a curtain for a separation from the main front room, and the smell is going throughout the house. 「When we showed up there was a for sale sign on the sign at the entrance and nobody in the office. I had to call a phone number that was on the door to check in. They had to open our door remotely which I felt was not safe. We had an upstairs room, where we had to climb up unsafe stairs with metal plates in two spots to support the broken slats you walked on.
