"For an older property this place was awesome! You could feel the nostalgia in the lobby and reading area. The atmosphere took you back to another era when where everything was simple and happy. The staff was fantastic! Our room, though not really big, was spotless and so so comfortable. The pool area was comfortable and sunny and the breakfast served in the dining room in the morning was delicious! It wasn’t your average bagel, apple, box of dry cereal and weak coffee hotel breakfast, it was a full spread of delicious breakfast food. I would recommend this property without hesitation and I will be staying there again. "

"The bathroom had not been cleaned prior to our stay. We had to visit the front desk to get soaps and clean toothpaste from the sink and other dirty surfaces. While the website mentions onsite parking, it hides the additional fees. We asked to self park to save money but was told that wasn't available, but to check back the second day. When we checked back, they initially said nothing was available, however, when we expressed frustration they were able to find a place."

"Loved the location and a great value. We would definitely stay here again. However, towels from previous guest were left hanging on the back of the master bath door. I let them know at the desk yet no one ever came to collect them. Remote for tv in other bedroom did not work. It was replaced."

"Very nice well maintained grounds with a nice private beach and direct wait service. Staff was excellent. On site restaurant was really great too. "
