「Pros: location across from the beach, nice pool on site, location relative to some bars and the marina area, wristband door keys. Maintence was very quick to fix our shower! Cons: location is far from the "popular" shops and restaurants, remodeled but still very cheap feeling, water to shower and facet gets so hot it would blister a child in seconds, pool chairs for use with this reservation are located at a seperate location which would be a 20 minute walk on the beach or hopping on the trolley...

Constantly having to uncover my car to leave because they painters covering the cars with tarps and painting the halls and room doors and having to pull paint covered tape off of the door handle to scan my key 」

「The room was clean and well appointed. The location was good. It was a block from the beach with no view from the room, but the view on the beach was great. The property had a nice pool, and it was in a quiet area. The downside was that the room had a tiny bathroom. The sink was so small that the floor was soaked just from my washing my face. 「Everything was as advertised. Clean, directly on the beach for the Gulf side units. Beach was pristine. Walk along the beach to Caddy's for lunch. Water was crystal clear. Would stay again.」

「Everything. The space was great for my family of 5! The pool area was nice and the use of a grill, washer and dryer made our trip even more enjoyable. Will definitely rent again when we come back down from Maine.」

「The view of the beach from the 6th floor was gorgeous. The staff was very kind and helpful, and even before my trip answered all my questions with a very speedy response. My family of 5 fit comfortably in this condo, with every comfort of home! The pool was only 5ft deep, which was great for my younger children. Walking the trail along the beach in the mornings was a highlight, and there's restaurants, gift shops, and a publix and dunkin all within a short walk. We loved our stay, thank you! 」
